Your information

What we keep

When you send a message, join the email list, create an account or ask for a place or a date, we keep what you give us (your name, email address, messages and requests) so we can reply, keep you informed and hold your place. We email you about your requests. We never sell or share it.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our card processor on their secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to them and are never stored on this site.

Visit statistics and your click history

To understand which pages are useful, the site counts page visits: the page, the day, the site that linked here and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer. It does not store your IP address.

Your browser also gets a random visitor number (kept in your browser and in a cookie named wk_vid). With it, the site records the pages you open and the links and buttons you click here. If you create an account or sign in, that history is linked to your account, so the center can see how you found what you were looking for. Only the center's staff can see it; it is never sold or shared. Clearing your browser's site data starts a new, unlinked visitor number, and you can ask us to delete your history through the contact page.

We also use Google Analytics, which may set its own cookies.

Email list

Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time through the contact page.

Signing in

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Signing out removes it.
